Dwell families, join us on a no school day for some fun! Each child will get an arcade card and one activity pass (Timber Town play place, Laser Tag or Rock Wall Climb) on us.

Foster Families Donation Drive
Join us in supporting local foster families this Easter! For the second year in a row, we are collecting donations for local nonprofit, With Love, to help provide items for children in foster care. These items and sizes have been specifically requested, so please honor their list. All items must be in new or like new condition.

Children’s sunscreen (50–75 SPF)

Drop off any time from 11am-2pm at Pioneer Utility Resources on March 28th and help a foster child feel loved this Easter!

Easter on a farm is the best way to celebrate this special day! Come join us at 32460 NW Shipley Rd for a potluck brunch, easter egg hunt and the great news ever shared.
April Blessing
Join us this month in supporting Northwest Children’s Outreach: an all-volunteer, Christian nonprofit that desires to love children and families in need by providing for some of their most basic needs. NCO Beaverton is both a collection and distribution center the needs our help! On Monday, April 20th we will sort various items (clothing, hygiene products, toys, etc.) to prepare them for distribution to local care providers.

It’s our summer bash! Join us at the Torvend Pavilion at Hagg Lake (Sain Creek area) anytime between 10am-7pm for water fun. At 4:00pm we’ll have baptisms and at 5:00 we’ll BBQ!

This month we’ll be hanging out at Camp Rivendale. Bring your lawn chairs and be ready to enjoy some dinner, explore the gardens or hiking trails and let the kids enjoy the last moments of summer on the playground.

Our annual Friendsgiving is a favorite tradition! Join us for this month’s Jubilee as we gather around the table, give thanks and toast to Good News. At the historic Jenkins Estate stable.
January Blessing
We're making food for 60 folks experiencing homelessness at Project Homeless Connect's brand new Access Center! In addition, we will be supplying their shelter in Cornelius with much needed towels and blankets.
There are a couple of ways you can help:

Donate: NEW Towels & Blankets between January 25th-January 30th to Lydia’s house. (These will be delivered all together along with the meal on the 31st.)

5 Rock Christmas Serve
Join us for our annual Christmas SERVE! Instead of a Christmas Service, Dwell goes out into our community and serves. This year, we are excited to partner with 5 Rock Ranch in Yamhill. We will have two shifts: 9:30am-11:30am and 12:00pm-2:00pm with the option to enjoy lunch in between. There will be something for every person to help with - even the littles! We look forward to serving together!

Ladies Cookie Exchange
Ladies, join us for an epic Christmas Cookie Exchange!
Each person must bring 4 dozen cookies (homemade or store bought) to contribute. Registration is required and you must let us know what type of cookie you are bringing to prevent too many duplicates. To-go containers and labels for each type of cookie will be provided.
*Note: if you would like to bring something festive other than cookies like fudge, cupcakes, etc. that is perfectly acceptable too. Variety is always nice on these trays!*
The Christmas Express
All aboard the Christmas Express! Kids 3-12, join us for an unforgettable evening as we celebrate the magic of Christmas!
On Thursday, December 4th meet us at Hidden Creek Community Center at 5:30pm for a night of wonder. You can expect a bus ride around Hillsboro to see lights, Christmas presents, treats and the telling of the Christmas Story. We can't wait to celebrate the reason for the season with your kiddos!
REGISTRATION REQUIRED and closes December 1st.
$10/child (scholarships available upon request).
NOTE: Dinner will not be served, but we will have a snack to eat on the bus and cookies/cocoa upon return.
Precariously Housed Bags Due
Each year we partner with the Hillsboro School District and other local churches to make sure local kids struggling with homelessness get a Christmas. Pick up your Precariously Housed Bag today and go shopping for a student K-12. Bags are due by November 28th.
